Terms & Conditions — Kothbel

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Kothbel platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Kothbel reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Kothbel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

The Service is provided for lawful commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Service to sell prohibited or illegal goods, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable laws of Bangladesh. Kothbel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly). You authorize Kothbel to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fees. All fees are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

The Kothbel platform, its design, logos, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Kothbel. You retain ownership of all content, products, and data you upload to your store. By using the Service, you grant Kothbel a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security and privacy of your data seriously and employ industry-standard measures to protect it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kothbel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kothbel in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

Kothbel may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of account termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
